Trauma Recovery Connection

About Epower & Associates

In 1982, Elizabeth Power established a sole proprietorship, Epower and Associates as a consultant providing services in business and program development, instructional design and training.  We are a woman-owned, CCR-registered company.

Power became known for her work applying change management at the personal level to the organizational process during such events as telecom strike aftermaths, major industrial startups - she has experience in automotive manufacturing and organizational culture changes.

With a life-long thirst for learning and growth, she began to create personal learning projects. By 2004, these projects helped her change her business from a sole proprietorship to a micro-corporation with a network of over 30 consultants providing support to each other.

Working on a project basis so that effective, targeted teams can provide expert service, this allows all to pursue their dreams while serving others.

Power is a frequently sought-after speaker, and is published in business and non-profit management texts.  She is also the author of How to Get Happier--and why you should try to!
